Seniors Health SCN

Strategic Clinical Networks (SCN) are communities of practice around specific health topics in Alberta Health Services. Mike has been working with the Seniors Health SCN to create stories about specific topics of importance to seniors such as de-prescribing, long-term care, mobility, the use of restraints with dementia, to name a few. This work is ongoing and many of the stories can be viewed on the Alberta Health Services Digital Storytelling playlist by searching “seniors”.
