Patient & Family Advisor Education - Educational Curriculum (2023)

Mike supported the creation of a brand new Patient and Family Advisor (PFA) education curriculum with Alberta Health Services. This suite of 3 videos provides important information and inspiration about PFA from the experiences of both a healthcare provider who works with PFA routinely and an experienced PFA. The videos are the backbone of a larger learning module that incorporates additional information for people considering becoming a PFA with AHS.
