Healthy Adolescents and Young People (HAY!) - Educational Series (2023)
Mike travelled to Uganda to film and create a large suite of videos (24) about the HAY! Initiative in partnership with the University of Calgary, Healthy Child Uganda, and Mbarara University of Science and Technology. Along with a small film crew Mike traveled around SW Uganda to speak with local political leaders, healthcare providers and decision makers, village health teams, school headmasters, and youth about their experiences with the HAY! Initiative. The result was a compelling look at how it takes engagement at every level of society (Everyoneness!) to improve the health of young people in a country where half of the population is under the age of 18 years old.
